2. PDF Document Data

• Local PDF Processing: We process PDF content locally in your browser for analysis, text extraction, and feature functionality
• AI Analysis: When you use AI features, document text is sent to our secure API endpoints for analysis
• Storage: PDF files and their metadata may be stored locally or in your Google Drive (with your permission)
• Retention: Local data is managed by Chrome's storage limits; Google Drive files are under your control

3. Audio Files and Generated Content

• Text-to-Speech Audio: Generated audio files from PDF content
• AI Podcasts: Conversational audio content created from documents
• Storage: Audio files are stored locally (up to 50MB) or in your Google Drive folder
• Deletion: You can delete audio files at any time through the extension interface

4. Usage Analytics (Optional)

We collect limited usage analytics to improve the extension:

• Feature Usage: Which features you use and how often
• Error Reports: Technical errors to help us fix issues
• Performance Metrics: Load times and system performance data
• No Personal Content: We never collect the actual content of your PDFs or personal documents
